The Coalition Regional
Services and Strategic Plan (CRSSP) is a comprehensive overview
of planned services and activities for the upcoming year(s).
It provides a guideline for the Coalition to follow when meeting
their responsibilities. These responsibilities include needs
assessments, priority setting, strategic plan development, and
evaluation.
The CRSSP addresses
various requirements of the Ryan White Title II consortium such
as assessing needs of emerging populations, anticipating future
trends, analyzing gaps in services, setting priorities to facilitate
allocation of limited resources, planning services to meet identified
needs, promoting coordination of services, assuring adequate
out patient/support services, and providing a summary for application
by the broader community.
The CRSSP covers
13 northwest Pennsylvania counties including Cameron, Clarion,
Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence,
McKean, Mercer, Venango, and Warren. Many of the needs assessments
are regionally based while others are county-specific.
