Case Management
Northwestern Pennsylvania Rural AIDS Alliance provides a vast
array of services to people living with HIV and people affected
by HIV. HIV case management can be vital for someone living
with HIV. Through case management you can access the following
services and more:

Referrals for medical care, medication,
dental, and eye care

Assistance applying for services such
as Social Security (disability) or Medicaid

Referrals
for legal assistance

Financial assistance for medical
and housing related needs

Housing Assistance
One of the most critical issues for people living with HIV
is medical care. The Alliance case managers can help individuals
find specialized medical care for their HIV disease.
